I'm thinking to buy a digital video camera, or camcorder if it's so called but I don't know much about cameras so I ask what are the most important things that I should to buy a digital video camera? Prices don't count at this point and the camera should be 'good'.

If you want a 'good' digital camcorder, consider those with a 3CCD optical sensor. 3CCD (charge-coupled device) system with a separate CCD for each primary color are used by most professional to get the best picture quality.
