you can probably scratch the eyefinity thing, thats not really your problem.
the matrox takes the signal from your gpu and splits it internally. heres what i would look into:
a make sure the cables im using are known goods.
b ensure the monitor is indeed pluged in and on
c check in ccc for monitor configuration
d look into using hydra (dl from amd site)
