Think I can play Skyrim, BF3, Crysis (all of them) on maxed settings? Criticism needed.

No one can give you an answer without first knowing the resolution of your monitor

But as a general note games like BF3 are limited by graphics cards and not processors . The 6870 will play all games at 1080p . But you wont be running them at ultra settings and getting excellent frame rates

and your prices look high . Where are you getting these from?

Newegg is where I am getting these at. 1024 by 768 is what my current resolution I am using is. I would be willing to upgrade my graphics card. If I can find a cheap monitor I might buy a new one of those too. If this helps I am using an LG EW234T Monitor.

If you plan on getting a better monitor anytime soon, I'd say go for a 560 Ti—it's a generation newer and only 30-40 more. Also, if you're going to use that hard drive as your system drive, I'd get a WD Black or the award-winning crowd favorite Samsung Spinpoint 1TB. The WD Blue series is more about reduced noise that performance, so you could be looking at some really annoying load times with that one.
