1- Can't guarantee that your RAM will work. There're too many specifications. Please post here which RAM you already have. (Sometimes you have an obsolete DDR2)

2- I respect that he don't like Intel. Just be sure that he don't like intel for reasonable things, and not for "When I bought AMD Athlon XP they were much better than P4!!"
Sometimes people have old feelings that doesn't reflect the reality now.

3- As per current requirements for maximum performance:
"CPU: P4 1.7 Ghz or higher
RAM: 512 MB
Graphics Card: nVidia Geforce 6600 or higher"

A somehow slow computer shall be enough.
A Llano Cpu would be the best bet since:
His iGPU is 6 tiers higher than the recommended card for maximum graphics.
His CPU is uncontable tiers higher than a P4.

With this you get a nice and cheap CPU+GPU solution for the game, saves a lot of money and if you need more performance in the future you can buy a better VGA.

I would not recommend buying a seller refurbished CPU. That said, you are gonna have to sacrifice somewhere if you want a better CPU.

Getting an unlocked CPU at this price point with a good GPU is not very realistic.

Llano has a on chip GPU which great for HTPC but mediocre at best for gaming. Unlocked CPU means the multiplier is unlocked and thus the CPU has greater capacity of being overclocked.

You are going to need a dedicated graphics card to run that game at 60+ FPS on high settings.

i dont think he is gona play fullscren, the game has an option to resize the windows i think.

but i do not think is that high. he doest really care about the graphics integrated, he can upgrade later he says.
