XFX 7970 Temp

Hello,
I have a 3-way crossbridge for my 7970. When its in idle i get 39c when I play BF3 my temp seems go up steadily to about 100-110c not sure if that's normal or not. I use gpu-z to check my temp. Any help would great and appreciated.

XFX 7970 Black Edition. I have a HAF 932 case. They are not overclocked.

Thank you I have 3 7970 the case came with a fan that goes on the rear of the 3 cards. I don't have a fan that will go on top of the card what do you recommend of that's the route i need to go.
