GTX 680 build ordering today but need final confirmation!!!

Ordering parts this afternoon, but just want to double check that all parts are compatible as i already asked the community but recently changed some parts. It would suck to spend $3000 and then some parts aren't compatible!!!

Is everything compatible? I need an answer in the next few hours
Also do you think that SLI GTX 680's is overkill and is unnecessary for 3D gaming or just gaming in general?
