Final computer confirmation check before buy

Hello everyone, I'm going to buy this setup tomorrow, these settings will work for 3d animations or modeling like 3ds max, maya, or other apps? Do I need any additional fans for this setup like a water cooling system?

More about final computer confirmation check
  1. For those apps, don't get a gaming GPU. Get one of those Quadro or FirePro cards.
  2. Although professional cards do provide greater performance for 3d rendering, they usually have a price tag to match! As long as the software is comparable with the gaming GPU, the GTX 570 should be a well rounded cheaper alternative.
  3. Ok, so I'm guessing I'm pretty much set right? Do I even need a water cooling system or is that optional for this setup? I don't want to be expierancing any cpu overheating or other components. Any more opinions before I make this final purchase?
