Approximate Purchase Date: within a week

Budget Range: 1500$ (80-85k in india)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: 3d simulations and rendering as well as some serious gaming.

Parts Not Required: monitor, speakers

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe

Additional Comments: I would like a quiet PC

As of now following is the configuration I might consider..

Intel Core i7 2600K Sandy Bridge 3.4GHz

Asus Maximus V GENE or GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD5H or ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 (actually need suggestions)

Western Digital 2TB 64MB, 7200 RPM Caviar Black

CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 x 2 = 16GB

3D simulations and rendering? Thats a very vague description. To what extent you plan to do simulations?

which motherboard would be giving the best performance out of the specified ones..
Also pls suggest due to high overclocking say 4.5ghz on 2600k will i be needing a corsair H100 or can settle down on some other cooling device.
