I need to choose a MOBO and CPU which best fits with the next components.

Ram memory - 2x 4gb DDR3 1866mhz Kingston CL9
Disk - 120gb ssd OCZ Agility 3
Graphic card - 6850 1gb gddr5 Shapphire.

These are the things I have, and now I want a MOBO and CPU, in a near future I want to put one more 6850 graphic card to make an SLI. I dont plan changing that build in 2/3 years,

What processor should I get?

Is necessary to get a 2x pcie 8x-8x to get a 100% performance with two 6850 or with a 16x - 4x will be fine?
Is there any way to get a 2x pcie 8-8 and a processor between 200-300€?

Yeah, I know it's quite better, but that build is 450$ and I can't spend that too much. Asrock 990fx extreme3 and Amd FX-8180 is 290$.

I have no money, i'm broke :S.
