Approximate Purchase Date: Can be anywhere from this month to the next three, reason beeing is I'm probable going to live abroad to study.

Budget Range: Approximately $15000

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Would be gaming, video streaming, and maybe if I get into it video editing, but nothing major.

Parts Not Required: Keyboard, Mouse, OS. I'll get those appart, and monitor isn't a priority, although I would like some advice on the matter.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: amazon.com

Country: Mozambique, but as I said above, I might be traveling not sure where, either Europe or Australia.

Parts Preferences: No preference.

Overclocking: Most probably, never done it, but I'll look around after I get the rig.

SLI or Crossfire: Yes, in the near future, will by one first, then the other.

Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080, don't think I need 2560x1600 so soon, and $1000 for a monitor is just too much imo.

Additional Comments: Haven't used a desktop in quite a while, but I'd like something that would let me sleep at night while pc was on.

I picked these parts about a week ago, but since then I've been reading up on stuff and got real undecided.

Firstly I thought on going with the GTX 570, but then I had a change of heart and went with the HD7870. The 7870 is PCI-E 3.0, and the mobo isnt 3.0 compliant. My question is if I should invest in a 3.0 system, as its seen by some as future-proof.
The SSD is mainly for the OS, as I think it should be separated from the other things in case something goes wrong.
And I was thinking somewhere along the line of putting a CPU Water Cooling system if necessary.

Never done this before, any kind of help would be much apreciated. Thanks.

You don't need the H100. Anything after 4.5 GHz is negligable. Cut down on the cooler to the Hyper 212 EVO and use the $ saved to get the Mushkin Chronos 120GB SSD. For one 7870, you won't need more than 550W of power, so change the PSU and use the $ to get the 7950, which also won't need more than 550W.

Ok so after reading up on it, I've decided to buy a Gigabyte GTX 670 OC when it comes out. Read it OC's better than a stock GTX 680.
So I've decided to include it in this system: http://www.amazon.com/gp/registry/wishlist/2Q089E0ZVIA9X/ref=topnav_lists_3. Summing it all up its 1135$ + the 400$ (supposedly), it would fit my price range. If I try to SLI it later (big chance), what PSU would I need? (Back of the box says: 550W PSU, 1x 150W 8 Pin connector and 1x 75W pin) - My knowledge about PSU's is slim to none. Thanks
