Will this build run MMORPGS (W.O.W,AION,MS,etc.) on high graphics?

XFX Geforce 8600GT 512MB Video Card

40G Hard Drive

The CPU and GPU are really quite old by today's standards and will most likely struggle running on high graphics settings.
