It's amazing how many people are in the job of selling pc components who never actually use them.

nope its almost to the medium of highest resolutions. But in response to your sale person saying you cant handle bf3, is a common sales marketing pitch line. You can buy this and still not be able to run it. I am sure that even when people buy the to of the line, the sales person is always looking at any weak point he can lie to come up with to get you to buy better or more parts. as well as when new hardware comes out later on, hes gonna want you to come back and buy the newest. Why?, obviously for more MONEY!!!. trust me i have friends in the PC retail industry as well and friends that are always buying parts. Its all one big game.

"GTX 570 OC = £260, HD 6850 Crossfire X OC costs £170 and performs about 10% better ;). And yes lets leave it there :p its so obvious now it hurts."

some guy just said this to me on facebook, if that's true then im not happy, £100 cheaper than mine and performs 10% better?

Any time you tell folks what you bought, or what you're going to buy, there is going to be some hater tool that tells you what you should have bought. Don't sweat it, you've got a nice rig there.....not to mention I don't think his figures are quite accurate, by why even bother debating that with him. Just remove him from your news feed :).

Thanks cata, it just kinda put a dampner on my exitement, anyway what do you think of the corsair h60 cooler? yey or nay?

i had the choice of that or the dark rock pro cooler, but i read somewhere the fitting is horrendous for that cooler, even though it is a good cooler.

so i opted for the h60! i hope it was a good choice, especially with scan overclocking the cpu to 4.7

i just gotta wait till tuesday before i get the pc, they need to do a 24 hr test on the overclock to make sure everything is fine

the wait is killing me!! lol

I'm afraid I don't know much about liquid cooling....but you gotta start asking BEFORE you order stuff :wahoo: I think its hard to go wrong with Corsair though. One of my favorite brands.

well after reading a few reviews of the h60 cooler it seems to perform well and keep the temps down to 60 degrees on full load overclocked to 4.7

in the future i will ask before i upgrade , thanks again cata ;)
