~$1500 Gaming Build - How's this?

I'm trying to assemble a ~$1500 rig and looking for suggestions. I've had help piecing these together, but I'm open improvements, if any. Suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated! :)

Case ~$90, I have monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

PSU: CORSAIR Professional Series Gold AX750 750W ATX12V v2.31 ~$170
Mobo: P8Z77-V PRO LGA 1155 Z77 ATX Intel ~$220
CPU: Core i7 3770K 3.5GHz LGA 1155 ~$290
Heatsink: COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 ~$30
Ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB DDR3 (2x4GB) ~$60
Optical Drive: Lite-On DVD reader/writer ~$20
HD Drive: SSD Crucial M4 128GB ~$132

GPU: Trying to deciding between
- 2x Radeon HD 7850 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 (Crossfire)
- GeForce GTX 680 Superclocked 2048GB GDDR5

They're about the same price ~$550, not sure what's better yet. :??:
