Wait for Kepler or go with something else?

I'm building a new Intel based system. I've been an Nvidia user for a while but also have dabbed in ATI cards.

I'm torn between cards right now. I'm looking at A Fermi 570 based card but then I hear that the newer cards coming out will only be on par with the current line up.

Then of course there's the ATI cards that are available.

What's everyone's thoughts on the various options. I mainly play FPS, Diablo 3 When released, SC2, SWTOR, and I want to run at max settings at 1900x1200.

I have a GTX 460 1GB that I have been wanting to upgrade and I have decided to wait on Kepler.

Even if the new design does not produce a great "bang for your buck" card like the GTX 460 prices may come down a bit on the GTX 5xx series. If the 6xx series does not prove to be a hit I will probably just get a GTX 570.
