AMD CPU RMA -1100T

I recently had an msi mobo go bad, and had to rma it. 3 weeks later when i got the new board, i discovered the CPU died along with it.

My processor was a phenom 2 x6 1100t black edition.
Since they no longer make this chip, is it likely id get a downgrade? or would they offer me a discount on an upgrade or something similiar?

If anyone has had any experience RMAing an 1100t, or any AMD cpu for that matter, let me know how your experience was

Call them and find out, honestly, I find it hard to believe that AMD doesn't have a few left for RMA purposes. But, the longer you wait, the more likely it is they try to hand you something else. If they don't have any, I guess you could tell them you want a PileDriver 8 core, that should at least be a small upgrade, the way things are looking so far.
