I Found this fan on eBay :

Is it going to be enough for an i7 2600k ? "No overclocking intended, But i might use Intel Turbo technology"
It's Chinese and it obviously has no name other than the "AVE" thingy, so i can't really look for anything about it.

I'd go with a Hyper 212 Plus/Evo. For $15 more you get a known to be good quality product instead of taking the risk on something that could damage something worth considerably more.

I'm sure it would be fine...but honestly I wouldn't take the risk to save $15.
