Looks pretty solid, other than the fact that there is no case included.

On the low end, Rosewill Challenger-U3 for example has nice airflow and is a solid value ~$50-60 range.

That is a solid build nice work bud i wouldn't change a thing i say go for it if your plain on mild overclocking though i would add CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus

It would probably also be a good idea to get some cheap but nice case fans later down the road too. A couple of these would probably do the trick (They also come with red or blue LEDs):

Any chance you live within striking distance of a Microcenter? They had $100 of that CPU/mobo combo in-store recently - having trouble getting to the site right now to check.

Love the CPU cooler! Will get it when I get the build done and over with. Will overclock for sure with the new cooler.

Those fans match my case perfectly, thanks. Again, will pick em up after the build is done. Blue LED = awesome.

LED's are nice, will have to decide what color option to choose for the build.
