Budget: $800 NOT a gaming pc

DON'T NEED: keyboard,mouse,os,speaker

this is the build i made besides the i5 processor, i just cant decide wich build is better for me, and wont waste more money.

[CPU COOLER is going to be added in a copuple weeks, also maybe a SSD and problably more RAM or a FAN ]
[FOR BOTH BUILDS ] [ all i want to do is to start a great PC for now, because i can get a ssd doing a webpage, and a cpu cooler doing a mixtape cover]

kamen that is maxin out my budget, but i might change it in the future.

HERE IS MY LIST i added What @Bloodhoun555 said. i think i might add the COLER CPU on it aswell

WICH ONE SHOULD I BUY?, by the way i am really into the i7. but cant decide if i really need it.

If its not a gaming pc you dont need a gaming graphics card .
The motherboard had video output for the graphics built in to the processor

Not knowing wht you are using it for makes giving advice guess work at best

The raidmax case is cheap and the included psu is not worth considering

The only cases with a pre-installed psu that are decent quality are the Antec units .
Several models use the 380 green psu which will be more than adequate for a non gamer
