e6300 or e6600 or x2 4200+ or x2 5000+

This is my 1st post and I have problem picking a cpu for video editing (Premiere Pro 2.0). I have a budget of 500 pounds. I read the "Sticky: THGC CPU Buyers' Guide" and it said faster cpu is better. So i have selected a few cpu which is e6300, e6600, x2 4200 + or x2 5000+. If i go for the cheaper cpu like the e6300 and the x2 4200+, then i will have more cash to spend on more ram and better graphic. If i go for the e6600 and the x2 5000+, then i will have less. So the question is should i go for the cheaper cpu or the better cpu???

I'd go with the e6300 or the e6600.

If you can, try really hard for the e6600. It has twice the cache as the e6300 (2mb compaired to 4mb shared L2)
