i can take off the Cd Drive and Hard Drive from the ebay computer, and put it in my Build?

yes most likely because you have a 50/50 change its has a sata port not ide but i dont know if you want to take that change for 20$.

how many watts does it have? You put no information about what motherboard looks like or inside picture or any of that, like even the HDD if its sata or IDE cable? that would help

I have to leave soon & im confused. So from my understanding you are going to use that mobo in that ebay machine? If not & ur talkn about the z77 board, its the cpu that has the integrated graphic controller

only going to use hdd and optical drive [dvd case cd case were you put the cd in ]

and the z77 board is the one i am going to use for the i7 and for the new build.

i also ahve to leave to the barbershop.
