Power on problems/ Monitor Detecting issue.

Recently, my computer has developed a weird issue. It takes 3 attempts to power it on. What I mean by this is I push the power on button, and the screen doesn't detect a signal. I hold the power button on until the computer shuts down, and do this two more times. On the Third action, the screen detects a signal and the computer boots up normally. Now, I have had no other issues, and I have received no other error messages, and frankly, I'm baffled. Any ideas?


Background info. Win7, Nvidia GTS450, and a samsung HD TV connected via mini HDMI to HDMI cable.
