Get an H61/67 Chipset if you don't plan to OC.

You've posted this exact same thing at least 3 times. Get some patience and stay with your thread. You're not going to get instant responses, but in time you'll get what you need to know. There's no point in spamming up the forums.

Like I've said with the past threads, get an H61 board such as this. It'll save you some money.

Am I the only one here who really hates H61 for desktop builds? I always like to plan in advance on builds and H61 is so limited in what it can do vs. H67 and the newer B75 and B77 motherboards - H61 is never a good way to go.
