Approximate Purchase Date: Month of May, By the end of the month or by the mid June... I would like to have SOME of the parts ordered.

Budget Range: ~$2500 budget is a bit flexable, personally looking to make a system that will be fine for the next 4-5years before I need to build a new system.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: 3ds max, maya, photoshop CS5, gaming, Microsoft visual, surfing the internet, watching movies. I also like to have at least two to three programs active such as 3ds max, audacity, and photoshop CS5, as well as around 5 internet pages at once.

Parts Not Required: keyboard, mouse, monitor- right now I have a 42" LG TV that I double as a screen using an HDMI output, For the OS I would be using Windows 7 Ultimate (As it can deal with up to 32g of motherboard memory).

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg.com, need help or suggestions with other websites to get the biggest bang for my $.

Country: USA-California

Parts Preferences: Processor- Leaning towards a I7-3930k, mainly due to the potential it has for animation software as well as being somewhat 'future proof', but I am open to suggestions. I know everyone will say go with the i7-2600k(or w/e) but I am mainly more concerned with the performance of 3ds max, maya, photoshop which from my research will benifit a lot from the i7-3930k even vs the 4 core IB.
For Motherboard im looking towards the Asus x79 Sabertooth, or the Asus IV Rampage.

Overclocking: Maybe, once the system is stable I might work with this, but I am a novice.

SLI or Crossfire: Yes, Eventually. What I am thinking of for now would be one GTX680 and then later adding on another video card. Video card selection is also part of my question as my main use will be for 3ds max, maya, photoshop but I will game (WoW,SW:TOR, BF3) so I dunno if I will need a card for 3ds max and then one for gaming or will the 680 be sufficent for both?

Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080, 1920x1200, looking for max res for details and for gaming. End game I would like to have a triple monitor display for extreme gaming/multitasking/viewing.

Additional Comments: I am looking for a FULL build list (yes I need A LOT of help), This computer will more than likely run 16 hours a day so cooling might be an issue. For that Im thinking the H100 to keep that CPU cool but also need Full cooling solutions for the rest (or if you guys have any better ideas they are more than welcome).

This build allows you to add another one of those cards later on in SLI. This build also allows you to add another kit of that RAM later on for a total of 64GB.

For Motherboard im looking towards the Asus x79 Sabertooth, or the Asus IV Rampage.

Stick with the Sabertooth - you'll most likely never use all the features of the Rampage IV. The Asrock is also a good choice as most of their motherboards are solidly built anymore and are better quality than even Intel-branded boards. Mine should be arriving later this afternoon. :bounce:

As far as the video card goes - I'm not, nor ever will be a fan of the Asus monster three-slot fan design - go with a manufactuer with a smaller fan like EVGA or XFX. Everything else on that build looks good.

Oh and don't go with an H100 - they're decent coolers but certainly not the most reliable and you run into heating issues elsewhere on your build - go with a strong air fan like the Noctua D14 instead: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608018
