New Graphics Card... $20-30?

Hi all,

I have this desktop and I'd like to get a new graphics card to replace the internal one.

I'd like to do some light gaming, and possibly some recording with Bandicam, and I can't do more than $30. Trouble is, I don't know how much power a GC takes, and this has a 250W PSU.

There really aren't any good gaming cards for $30.

Yeah this is the problem, sub 30 dollar GPUs aren't really for gaming, or you could buy one off a place like ebay, a used one, and then you could find something and then come here and ask us if it's rubbish or not
