I have four year old Antec 1200 case and want to upgrade my old power supply to an Antec CP-1000. I see a variety of posts stating this psu is indeed meant for the 1200 and two other Antec cases, however, I'd feel better if someone can confirm there are no substantial differences between a four year old 1200 and the newer 1200 V3 which might preclude using this psu. Thanks.

The 1200 has always used the CPX form factor and is provided with an adapter plate for ATX power supplies

The only difference between the old 1200 and the new 1200 is the front port assembly, the 1200 v3 has the USB 3.0 and the newer 1200, some of the fans have a 3 pin fan connector.
