Mouse Problems

I have a Microsoft intellimouse 3.0 that I had for a year and sudden it started to act up like it would keep on disconnecting and reconnecting you would keep on hearing the noise where you plug something into the usb in windows 7,but when i plug it into another computer it works and just stays connected.But it only acts up in pc #1.Then I bought a Logitech g300 gaming mouse and it worked fine with no problems but then i returned the mouse because it was to small for my hands.

Did you try different USB ports on pc #1? It may have been something funky like the drivers for the mouse.
