What power supply is good for this case

What spec PC are you going to be powering ?
Please list some of the major components, including GPU and CPU

nividia geforce gtx 560 ti intel i7 3770k 16gb ram uhmm i geuss those are the major things

Any ATX form factor power supply will fit and mostly you try to match the power supply with the power needs of the components that you are going to use.

A 550w or 600w psu would be good.

It's more than you need but if you want to get it that psu will certianly work great for you. There is no rule that you have to buy what you need and not what you want. You can buy a 1000w psu if you want to pay for it but you will only use what's needed and you won't benefit from the extra watts but they're there if needed.
So yes that psu is fine if that's what you want to buy.
