Hi,
I am having severe drops in fps in my games. I usually get 40 to 50 fps. Now with my games I average around 10 to 20 sometimes, this has just started to happen around 2 days ago. Just wondering what could cause this. My graphics card is a gtx 560 ti PNY, I have a intel i5 2500k cpu, and I am running the games on highest at 720p. Thanks.
Nick

Hey there. Would you mind downloading HWMonitor from www.cpuid.com, and checking the temperatures right after severe drop in FPS happens? It's most likely overheating.

Hi,
I looked at the temps and it is only getting around 40-45 degrees celsius while playing battlefield 3 on ultra. So I don't think it is overheating. Could it be a bad update or something, because this all started to happen after I downloaded an update for origin. Could the origin update effect games like gta iv, because gta iv is also having low fps.
