Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

There may either be a tiny switch on the front or side of the laptop case or you need to use of the Function keys in conjunction with the Fn key. The Function key in question will display the wireless icon similar to this ((0)).

what if my function key is not working? is there a way to activate wifi without using the keyboard?
