What CPU Cooler should i get?

I have 80GBP to spend. I am going to use an i7 3770k and overclock it to maybe 4.5GHz. What cpu cooler should i get? I thought about the Noctua NH-D14 but it's gonna collide with my Ram which is the Corsair Vengeance with big heatsinks.

Why not go with the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. It'll just fit above your ram heatsinks.

I agree get the Hyper 212 Evo. Get an extra fan for push pull if it wont block ram slots. Works great. My buddy overclocked his 3770k to about 4.4 I think he said.

The EVO will have issues with big heatsinks you may want to measure things first.
