Will an HD 6670 fit your motherboard? Yes, your mobo has 1xPCI-e x16 slot. Will it fit inside your case? That depends on what case you have. Is it suitable? That depends on what you want to do with it. Can we suggest a good one? Once again, it depends on what you're going to use it for.

You need to tell us more about your pc specs. What size psu? What case? What is the gpu going to be primarily used for? What cpu? As for functioning quietly, that depends on how much load you're going to subject it to. The more work you put through it, the hotter it's going to get, the faster (and therefore louder) the fans are going be.

450W PWS Suggest ..... with one 75W 6-pin PCI Express® power connectors

He's talking about the 6670, not the 6770. The 6670 should not need a power supply over 300W, even if it is a generic model one, like one you would find in a HP or Dell. It should go nicely with a Core2Duo. I would go for it.

They suggest is 400W If you don't have much extra stuff just 1xHD and 1xOptical Drive... a Good 300W will be fine....

but some HP even only have 250W PS..

One thing you might want to know, AMD has no idea what they are talking about when they put power requirements. I have several 6670 and 5670's on HP's with crappy generic PSU's. They sip power, almost use none. When AMD says 400W, they are more just covering their butt in case anything goes wrong. If you have a 5670 on a 300W and something goes wrong with the card, they have reason to blame the power supply. Any generic 300W+ power supply should support one of these cards. They don't require external 6-pins either.
