My cursor wont click on some things

On only one of my websites, I am unable to log off or close the window. This happend to me last week on another website. How can I fix this problem. Instead of showing my normal mark it shows as a + mark

Wait what? Lol. Based on what you're telling me, there might be many factors that contribute to the problem. I would check if other computers are able to perform the tasks. Then I would check on your anti virus/Internet security/ad Blocker software (page plug ins as well) to see if it's interfering. If it still doesn't work, you might want to try a different browser or update yours, or even uninstall and reinstall your current browser.

This still does not keep the websites at 150% when I open them again.
