Which Pc is better

I don't know which one is better and can i upgrade to sapphire 7770 graphics card?

The iBuypower is out of stock, so that takes care of that choice. Yes, you can go with the HD 7770 assuming the 500W PSU is of good quality. (Never heard of Turbolink)

I would get the CyberpowerPC. Both computers are nearly identical except for the fact that the iBuypower is out of stock and doesn't look as cool plus the Cyberpower's a little cheaper.

If you're going to upgrade to that graphics card you're going to have to upgrade the PSU to a 600W as specified. The Cyberpower has a 500W PSU but I don't think that'll be enough.

I read the feedback for both PCs and I hear cyber power comes with a lot of problems and is cheap. I'm still unsure.

Go on cyberpower and configure it yourself. For $700 you can probably configure a pretty decent build...
