Motherboard problem. Please help

I accidentally plugged my DVD RW plug to some wrong port on the motherboard and my motherboard started creating smoke but I immediately plugged off my computer. After that incident, my front panel usb ports have stopped working. Is it because of this incident? What else could've been damaged? I even noticed that my graphics card is running at 107C on load after that incident
