For that much you can almost get a Scythe Ninja, which from what i've heard does a great job, thus, i'll be ordering one tonight with the rest of my new build, :)

The Thermaltake TR2 looks good and is not too expensive.

There is also one at the end of the first page (thermaltake too) that looks good too.

Whatever my choise is Ill go for thermaltake I think. Since they are good brand

I was in the same situation but when i researched enough I found that the Zalman CNPS9500 LED is $48 Free Shipping right now on Newegg and beats the Thermaltake Big Typhoon by 1 Degree C. Not much but considering the Big Typhoon costs i think $63 plus shipping, no doubt Zalman is the better deal. And get the LED one cause the non-LED is more expensive. You can't miss it, it looks like a big Copper #8. lol. hope that helped.

Wish i had the link but believe me, out of 8 great cooling fans, this one was the best and the Typhoon was 2nd best. I think it maxed out at 42c Load and 30c Idle. Typhoon hit 30c Idle and 43c Load.

I would DEFFINATELY get the Ninja

If it is a good enough cooler to work WITHOUT fans, then it is awesome WITH fans

I'm ordering one once I get the money... and after I buy a new mobo... And after I buy a conroe... And after I get a new PSU... And after I get a new VGA cooler.......

Is the Zalman 9500 compatible with this?

Im waiting for the Zalman 9700 lol

For those of you who dont know what it is, it is a Zalman 9500 with a 120mm fan!!

I too recommend the Ninja. It will be passively cooling my E6600.

Scythe Ninja - $42

If the Ninja is too big then you can try the Scythe Mine. It's shorter than the Ninja, but because the fins are close together, its more of an active cooling solution rather than a passive cooling solution.

Scythe Mine - $35

Hi

I just bought my E6600 from tigerdirect and since is OEM I need to get a FAN. Tigerdirect has many of them

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/category/category_slc.asp?CatId=1588&Nav=|c:493|&Sort=3&Recs=10

The question is which one do you recommend me? A good one with good cooling capacities. I heard Thermaltake are good ones. I reallly liked this one

Thermaltake TR2 / M21 RX / Socket 775 / Copper Core / CPU Cooling Fan

Is that one good?

You have a socket 775 processor, same money and just get a stock 775 socket Intel fan/heatsink and use some arctic silver heat compound . . . you'll have no problems with that setup. Besides, it's the easiest fan/heatsink to install.
