I own a XFX Radeon HD 5770. Earlier today, I was going to upgrade the driver for it, but accidentally used DriverSweeper first instead of the express uninstaller option that came with Catalyst 
. Now when I try installing the driver with the card plugged in, the monitor just abruptly goes to sleep, making it impossible to navigate the installer. I've also tried this with another monitor to no avail.
It's also worth noting that in earlier driver updates, the card also ran really loudly during the process, but did not have any displaying problem. I suspect that the card is giving out already, but then again, I'm not sure if it was because of the card, or my PEBKAC.
