Case fan Help

Hello everyone, I am looking to add two more 200mm fans to my case but instead of plugging each one into the Mobo and/or PSU I plan to get a hub.
What fan hub would be good that monitors temps in the case and where I can adjust each fans speed depending on case temps? Also does the hub have one cable that connects to either the Mobo or PSU to power the fans? The less wires I have plugging into stuff the better.

This one is a bit more expensive but it does a lot more ans will monitor the temps and controll the fan speeds as well.
