Your mobo have PCIE X16 , and the video card is PCIE , the dimension of PCIE X16 is standard and universal at any motherboard and video card. That video card will fit with your mobo.

As your motherboard has PCIE x16 and you are getting a good PSU so you will be having no issues with the graphic card.But you must check the graphic card dimensions so you won't have any problem with installing your video card in your case..
