Custom gaming rig 1.2K need psu

Hi guys,im new and this is my 1st build, I listed some parts already. Please suggest and the only this that is not in this list is PSU,which i dont know what to choose. would like to play BF3,Skyrim and steam games

(non oc rig)

HEATSINK :CORSAIR HYPER 212 PLUS

BUDGET : 1.2K(dont wanna reach higher)

PSU BUDGET :$100, lower if possible
