First gaming rig (does it work?)

Just finished researching/ looking up all of my parts for my new computer!

i just need a double check if all this would work out
like is everything compatible with eachother? (enough watts, gfx card fits to mobo, mobo fits to case, card reader fits to case, cpu fits mobo, etc..etc)

The 3.5" card reader does not have a matching external 3.5" expansion bay on the first case. Second case does. But, just get a 5 1/2" card reader

Parts fit, but I can't help but think you are spending more than you need to on a huge case, just for looks.
It is the graphics card that is the engine of a gamer.

If you can walk in to a microcenter, they will sell you a 2500K for $170 and give you a great discount on a Z77 motherboard.
