I already have a video card and a SATA Hard drive. IDE DVD burner for installing the OS.

On New Egg I have discovered these items. Will someone please check to see if they are compatible and if they are worth the money I would be spending? From the reviews and all the stuff seems pretty stable. Please share your concerns and opinions.

Thermaltake VL84301W2Z V3 Black Edition with 430W Power Supply ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Intel Pentium G630 Sandy Bridge 2.7GHz LGA 1155 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor

Open Box: BIOSTAR H61MLC LGA 1155 Intel H61 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

G.SKILL Value Series 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333

These come to around $200 before tax which makes it the cheapest HTPC upgrade that I have found. I have a decent HD and my choice between a BFG 8800gts OC 640mb or a 1 gig 9500 gt low profile. Even though from the reviews the on chip gfx card should play hi def blue ray rips.

The motherboard you list does not have an IDE port. You'll either need to select a different motherboard or purchase a SATA DVD burner. Additionally, that motherboard only appears to have VGA output, so you'd have to use one of your discrete graphic cards if you need to connect via DVI/HDMI.
