I need help with the DVI on my graphic, XFX Radeon 6850 ( http://xfxforce.com/en-us/Products/Graphics-Cards/AMD/A... )

It lists :

Output - DL-DVI:1
Output - HDMI:1
Output - mini DP:2
Output - SL-DVI:1

So I basically have two DVI's on my graphics card, but each one is different according to the list. Looking at the picture and my physical card, it seems that it runs on DVI-Dual Link since it matches the picture on wiki (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_Visual_Interface). But, then again, I don't want to be wrong.

If the DVI's are different, then can you please tell me which one is which? Not only that, but I also need to know since my current monitor only supports VGA - meaning I'll need to go buy a VGA adapter to convert it to DVI so I can finally get my rig up and running.

Any insight will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!

You can use either of the DVI's but the Single Link (SL-DVI) is what i would choose.

According to the picture that wiki provided, single only uses 3x3||3x3, making it a 18 pin while dual is 24 pin.

And looking at my graphics card, it's 24 pin (not including the 4 to the sides). Are you sure that it can fit SL DVI?

And btw, are these DVI - I or DVI - D?
