I think IceQ X , i read some customers reviews and with overclock the video card is cool and quiet.

You can oc with a reference cooler just need to set a fan profile with msi afterburner which is what you should be overclocking with anyhow.
The iceqx is the.best of the 3 cooler designs you linked and should overclock fine as well as be lower on temps and lower noise than reference model
the ice q is more or less a fancy reference model style cooler you would be best off with the iceqx

Typically reference style is always one.fan forcing air.across.the.heatsink to exhaust.outside the case
non reference are always better cooling solutions if you have the case air flow to support the exhaust. If you have a case with less than good airflow or a stock case you want.to put a.card in then reference imo is the best way to go without upgrading your case. If you have a good case with adequate airflow then the non reference cards are the way to go
