You will have to open it. Check for a service manual online before you attempt this. There is at least 1 screw inside that holds the drive to the cage.
First check the 'tray door' of the drive for a pinhole. if you see one you can manually eject it by straightening a paperclip and inserting and pressing in slowly but with force until the tray opens.
Moist desktops have the pinhole but many laptops do not sadly.
