http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/
This is my build list.
I already have Monitor,Case,HDD,Optical Drive.
The case is a HAF X 942
I already put down my PSU but I have a feeling its not the right kind.
Oh and I want modular so I can hide the cables better. If you think I can do that without it being modular please explain :)

That is a very good PSU.
Here is a PC P&C option http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Your better off going with the PC Power & Cooling unit, Seasonic built with a 5 year warranty verses the 3 year the other ones offer. That OCZ is not a good quality PSU in my opinion.

PC P&C = OCZ http://www.pcpower.com/about/
Those new modular ones I linked to earlier look good.

They were acquired by OCZ but PC Power & Cooling operates separate from OCZ and maintains its own product lines. Fact is the PCP&C MKIII unit is made by Seasonic verses the OCZ one linked that's made by Sirtec the bad reviews on newegg and the information you can gather from this forum regarding OCZ PSU's is less than stellar not to mention the warranty offered 5 years v 3 years.
