USB 3.0 with i3 2120

Hello, I was wondering if this would be an issue. My motherboard has a usb 3.0 port on it, but i'm not sure if it will work with my cpu. I'm asking because my case does not come with usb 2.0 connectors only 3.0. Thanks ![:)]( ":)")
