Which is my bottleneck?

hello all i was wanting to know which of my core parts is holding me back and how much its holding me back.
i have 8 gigs ddr2, phenom 2 x4 945 cpu OC to 3.45 ghz. sapphire hd6850. which one should i upgrade? i was looking at the sapphire hd 7870. is that too much for this cpu?

hey thanks for the snappy reply. if i was to get the 7870 would i seriously be held back by my cpu?
