Pentium D 945 overclocking problem

Hello Everybody,
Im trying to overclock a Pentium D 945 to 4.4ghz . I have tried to overclock to 4.2ghz and it was stable but when it reached 4.3ghz it stops booting, It post but it will keep restarting when windows says windows starting. I checked the temp and it is only 36c idle which is normal. Can anyone Help me?

you can try raising the cpu voltage a little but 4.2 is a good OC imo.

today i tried to loosen the timings a bit and it got me to about 4.3ghz and bumped the vcore to 1.35v. It will work at 4.3ghz which i thought was good but after it booted it got a bsod saying something about service exception? Can you help me about that?

Pentium D 945 3.4GHZ@4.2GHZ
Gigabyte LGA775 p31-Ds3l
Kingston 667mhz@800mhz
Geforce 210
