Just wondering if it would be safe 2 buy a refurbished MSI N560GTX-Ti Twin Frozr II/OC GeForce GTX 560 Ti for 209.99 or is that a stupid idea? :??:

I picked up my 460 1gb from newegg refurb for $109.00. Been great for 4 months now.

235$ + 24$ (tax) + free shipping= 259$

borrow 17$ (259-242)

and pay it back when you get the rebate :)

Same here. I haven't had a single problem with mine.

In my experience with refurbs, they have always arrived either actually fixed and working perfectly or still broken. So if you're willing to take the chance that you could end up paying $15 to ship it back to Newegg and get another one, then go for it, because if it is still broken, the problem will manifest itself well within whatever limited warranty period it is that it comes with.
