Hi Sunil,

If your system got infected with Virus means your Internet Bandwidth will be less, This you can see by giving normal "ping" Command. So that you will know the time taken for sending / receiving a packet.

If you have any Loops in the sense, your system will get reply from the destination system. but you couldn't able to transfer the data's. just check with your switch, whether you have too many connections for that PC.
